The Forkcast planner showing a full day: 1,560 calories with a macro breakdown, and avocado toast, chicken stir fry and margherita pizza planned across breakfast, lunch and dinner.
The meal library filtered by diet and macro, each meal showing its calories, protein, fat and carbs.

Nutrition that adds up

Every meal carries calories, protein, fat, carbs and fibre per serving, and your day totals them as you build it.

Labels like High Protein and Low Carb are worked out from the numbers rather than typed in, so they cannot quietly go stale when you edit a meal. Every value is yours to change, because you know how you actually cook.

Sixty four meals, and room for yours

From avocado toast and Greek yogurt bowls through to rajma chawal, palak paneer and chicken biryani.

Filter by vegan, vegetarian, egg or non veg, then narrow by macro when you are chasing protein or watching carbs. Add your own meals with ingredients, nutrition and a serving note.

The grocery list, built automatically, with each item labelled with the meal it belongs to.
Tiffin Roulette showing a rolled box: moong sprouts for protein, peanuts for fat, berries as a snack and rice as a wildcard.

Groceries you never wrote

Every ingredient from every planned meal collects into one list, each item labelled with the meal it came from. Shop for today, the next three days, or the whole week, and tick things off as you go.

Tiffin Roulette

Stuck on what to pack? Roll a box of four: something with protein, something with fat, a snack and a wildcard, all drawn from ingredients already sitting in your own meals.

Private by default

Your meals sync across iPhone and iPad through your own iCloud account. There is no Forkcast account to create, no advertising and no tracking, and nothing passes through a server of ours.

Which also means we cannot read your data, and cannot recover it for you. The privacy policy says exactly what the app can see.

One week free, then $1.99 a month

Premium unlocks everything. Nothing is charged during the free week, and cancelling before it ends costs you nothing.

The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Apple handles billing, so you manage or cancel it in Settings under your Apple Account.
