Custom work we take on

No fixed package yet. The audit maps your process and gives each of these a fixed price before you commit.

  • Order and dispatch trackingA customer emails a purchase order. It lands in the tracker with the due date, and dispatch gets a reminder three days before it ships.
  • Weekly MIS reportsSales, dispatch and receivables pulled from Tally or your ERP into a one-page report that reaches the owner every Monday at 9 am.
  • Supplier follow-upsOpen purchase orders are checked daily. When a supplier misses a promised date, a chase email is drafted for your buyer to send.
  • Shipping paperworkPacking lists and commercial invoices generated from the order, so nobody retypes weights, dimensions or HS codes.

Custom, priced after the audit

How the Enquiry-to-Quote Autopilot runs

Every enquiry email is logged within minutes of arriving, without anyone retyping it, and the sales team starts each day with a digest of what is open and what is waiting on them.

  1. Step 1

    Enquiry lands

The shared sales inbox is checked every few minutes.

  2. Step 2

    AI reads it

Customer, product, specification and quantity are pulled out. Unsure reads are flagged for a person.

  3. Step 3

    Tracker updated

Repeat enquiries are merged, and name variants collapse into one customer.

  4. Step 4

    Reply drafted

A quote cover note waits in Drafts for a person to check and send.

Questions buyers ask

What if our process doesn't match the package exactly?
Most don't, and that's expected. Each package covers the core system plus reasonable setup for your workflow. If you need something beyond it, we quote the extra in writing on the fit call, before you commit.
Do you work with companies in other countries?
Yes. We work remotely with teams in any time zone. Prices are listed in US dollars, and local pricing is available.
Is our data used to train AI models?
No. We use AI providers' business APIs, which do not train on your data, and your data stays in accounts you control.
What happens after go-live?
You get two weeks of fixes included. After that, an optional care plan covers changes and tuning, or your own team can take it over with the documentation we hand you.
Why start with the audit?
Because it tells you where the hours actually go before you spend on a build. The fee is credited in full if you go ahead within 60 days.
